Carika is our granddaughter with Hurler syndrome.She is really a "cutiepie".She can't speak, but her little face shows it all.At the age of one, the docters gave her 4-6 years to live.On the 4th of July she turns 14.At our family gatherings, she gets all the attention and she likes it.
